🎲 How to Play Extreme Adjective Dominoes
🛠 Materials Needed:
- One printed worksheet per group (cut into domino cards).
- A flat surface for playing.
👥 Group Setup:
1️⃣ Divide students into groups of three.
2️⃣ Shuffle the domino cards and deal 5 dominoes to each student.
3️⃣ Place the remaining dominoes in a face-down pile in the center.
4️⃣ Flip the top domino from the pile and place it face up on the table.
🚀 Game Instructions:
🔹 Players take turns placing a domino that correctly matches an adjective to its stronger equivalent (e.g., tired → exhausted).
🔹 The next player adds a domino to either end of the chain.
🔹 If a player cannot play, they must pick a domino from the pile and place it if possible.
🔹 The first player to get rid of all their dominoes wins! 🎉
💡 Bonus Round: After playing, students write sentences using the extreme adjectives from the game!
