This lesson can be used on all ages of beginning to elementary students.
Target:
The aim of this lesson is to improve the English language and to revise general culture.
Preparation:
First print the activity sheet. Photocopy one activity sheet for each student in the class.
Introduction:
Introduce yourself to the sts and let them do the same if they don’t know each other.
Group Activity
- Divide the class into two teams.
- Hand out the quiz; each team has to answer one question. Each team scores a point for each correct anwer. If one team can’t anwer one question the other one can try and gain its point. The teacher writes the scores on the board.
- During the quiz go through grammar problems.
