Level:

This lesson can be used on all ages of beginning to intermediate students.

Target:

The aim of this lesson is to review grammar rules on the Simple Present, Present Continuous, to have to.

Preparation: 

First print the activity sheet. Photocopy one activity sheet for each student in the class.

Introduction:

Introduce yourself to the sts and let them do the same if they don’t know each other

Procedure

  1. Hand out the first exercise sheet and ask the sts to translate it on their own, as soon as they finish go through correction together
  2. Hand out the second, third and fourth exercise sheets , sts translate on their own and as soon as they finish you go through correction together

Wrap Up

Try the routine as a class without letting the students look at their sheets.
